LANDI Mittelthurgau is an agricultural cooperative in the heart of the canton of Thurgau, operating in the segments of agriculture and retail as well as heating and fuel. We manage four agricultural locations for fodder, seed, plant nutrition, and plant protection. In the Leimbach fruit cold store, we store and sort organic and table fruit in collaboration with fruit processors. In our regional economic area, we operate eight retail shops with a main range of food products. Furthermore, we run a LANDI market in Weinfelden and Kreuzlingen. Under the AGROLA brand, LANDI Mittelthurgau operates eight filling stations, two of which have TopShop and two car washes. LANDI Mittelthurgau employs around 150 staff.

For our Volg Märstetten, we are looking for an immediate or negotiable leadership personality for the position of

• Responsible for customer- and success-oriented management
• Implementation and management of operational processes (e.g. personnel deployment planning, product presentation, shop design)
• Handling payments via modern cash register
• Inventory management of the sales assortment
• Compliance with prescribed order and cleanliness

• A completed sales training in the food sector
• Preferably some initial experience in the role of branch manager
• Organisational talent as well as business management knowledge
• Enjoyment of sales, customer advice, and leading a team
• A flexible, resilient, reliable, and sociable person
• Ability to keep a cool head even in hectic, seasonal times and willingness to show initiative
