About the job

For our ward KJP-1 (acute area and area for START NOW treatment) we are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as

• You lead the acute ward and ensure its operation professionally, administratively and economically
• Together with the co-leadership team of nursing/social pedagogy, you lead an interdisciplinary team with medical, psychological, nursing and social pedagogical staff both personally and professionally
• You recruit new employees, support, develop and qualify your team
• You collaborate with the overall management of the inpatient area, as well as other departments of the KJP and external partners
• You contribute to the overarching development of institutional and professional attitudes and implement these within your team
• You participate in the background emergency service of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

• You hold a specialist title in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH, are close to completing it, or have an equivalent MEBEKO recognised qualification
• You have leadership training or are willing to undertake such training
• You promote interdisciplinary work and are open to integrative therapy concepts
• You are characterised by initiative, high social competence, appropriate communication for the situation, as well as flexibility and resilience
