We are looking for you as a member of the management team:
Head: Life with Disabilities | 80 - 100%
We offer you
- Overall responsibility for the management of the Life with Disabilities area with 120 residents and 65 employees
- Participation in strategy development and further development of the services in Frienisberg
- Responsibility for the current service and care mandate
- Implementation of the Disability and Service Act (BLG) and development of quality and documentation in the residential area according to IHP
- Coordination of the resident process and continuous optimisation of care quality
- Deputising for the Head of Life in Old Age (150 employees, 140 residents)
- Professional and interdisciplinary collaboration
- A large scope for design in a future-oriented environment
You are
- A convincing leader with solid practical experience in social pedagogy, psychiatry or long-term care or a comparable environment and have further training in leadership/management
- Experienced in developing strategies and successfully implementing projects
- Clear and transparent in your communication as well as empathetic, loyal, appreciative and team-oriented
- Open to new ideas and motivated to actively shape the future of Frienisberg
