What to expect with us

• We optimise the entire wealth situation of our clients. This makes your work more varied and diverse than with other financial service providers.
• From day one, you will be involved in advisory meetings and gradually take the lead. Together with experienced consultants, you will work out how your clients can best provide for the future, invest money, finance real estate, arrange estates, and save taxes.
• Questions about money and retirement are at the top of the worry scale. Through your work, you make a valuable contribution to ensuring your clients find the right answers to their questions.
• Our focus on client satisfaction is reflected in an exceptionally high Net Promoter Score well above 70.
• The Trainee Programme is a direct entry: In 18 to 24 months, you will acquire everything you need for your work as a consultant.

What you bring

• Completed or ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences
• Interest in financial topics and enjoyment of customer contact
• Curiosity, ambition, and eagerness to take responsibility
