Maintenance Specialist with Experience in Groundskeeping (80–100%)

This excites you

• You ensure the smooth technical operation of our institution and carry out minor repairs independently
• You are responsible for the maintenance and care of our buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas
• You undertake seasonal work outdoors
• You conduct regular inspections and identify and report maintenance or safety deficiencies early
• You actively work with our young people and gladly pass on your practical knowledge in everyday life
• You flexibly support the team with tasks and projects as they arise

You bring with you

• Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ (or equivalent technical training)
• Manual dexterity and very good technical understanding
• Experience in garden maintenance, building upkeep, and care of sports fields
• Enjoyment in working with young people, even when it gets challenging
• Good user skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Independent, forward-looking, and organised working style with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks and maintenance work efficiently
• Willingness to take on on-call duties
• Category B driving licence with trailer endorsement or willingness to obtain it
• Good physical fitness and enjoyment of working outdoors
