Tasks
- Clarify technical files with private contractors and architects.
- Establish order confirmations and create DAO plans for clients.
- Monitor deadlines and assist in project invoicing and planning.
Skills
- Building degree preferred, with experience in windows or similar roles.
- Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office and DAO.
- Fluent in French, German is a plus, with a valid driver's license.

About the job
Your mission
- Clarification of technical files with private project managers, architects, general contractors, etc.
- Finalization of files and taking measurements on site
- Preparation of order confirmations
- Creation of CAD plans for clients as well as for factory production
- Monitoring deadlines for various technical order processes
- Preparation of project invoices
- Organization and supervision of warranty work
- Short, medium and long-term planning of deadlines related to files and informing the planner
- Creation of offers for additional orders
- Assistance in the acceptance of works
- Assistance in assembly planning (monitoring SAP deadlines)
- Preparation of down payment requests
Your profile
- Basic diploma in the construction sector (e.g. carpentry and joinery)
- First experience in the window sector or in a comparable position
- Good computer skills (especially MS Office, CAD knowledge appreciated)
- Further training in work preparation or as a technical purchaser would be an advantage
- Communicative personality, team player and reliable
- Written and spoken command of French, German would be an asset
- Driver's license, category B
