The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
We are looking for the Residential Home Krone in Walzenhausen immediately or by arrangement:
Care Specialist / Social Pedagogue (80-100%)
Your tasks:
- Support, promotion and care of adults with autism spectrum disorder and behavioural difficulties
- Participation in the development planning of the residents
- Co-design of resident-centred settings
- Key worker duties
- Preparation of written documentation
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
Your profile:
- Completed training preferably in the field of care for people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing
- Experience in caring for people with autism spectrum disorder and behavioural difficulties is an advantage
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
