Receptionist*

• you warmly and professionally welcome our patients and visitors in our hospital and are the first point of contact for all kinds of inquiries
• you operate the telephone switchboard, forward requests, and support various departments in daily business
• you work closely with various departments (e.g., emergency, medical secretariats, etc.) and ensure an efficient process
• you provide emergency and on-call service and perform early and late shifts as well as weekend shifts
• you take on general office work and represent patient admission outside their opening hours

• you have training as a receptionist or a comparable qualification and ideally have already worked in healthcare
• you are proficient in computer use and quickly familiarize yourself with new programs
• you always keep an overview and a cool head even in hectic situations
• you speak fluent German and ideally other foreign languages
• you are a communicative and customer-oriented person and deal empathetically with people in challenging situations
• you work reliably and independently and have a flair for organization
