Social Worker Specialist Unit for the Elderly (all) 70%
Therefore, we are looking for a new personality as of June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, who is committed with heart and expertise to the concerns of older people.
In our Specialist Unit for the Elderly, we work to ensure that senior citizens can live as independently as possible for as long as possible and find appropriate support when needed. This requires people who listen, network, and organize – while always keeping an overview.
Your workday is varied and close to the people: You advise senior citizens and their relatives in case management around aging and support questions about social insurance. In addition, you conduct needs assessments according to the supplementary benefits ordinance of the canton of Zurich for the municipalities of Regensdorf and Dällikon.
An important part of your work is home visits to elderly people on site – for this, an e-bike from the municipality is available to you. You also contribute to projects, concepts, and the further development of services in the area of aging as part of the team.

- Training as a social worker FH or comparable qualification in the health or social sector
- Experience in case management as well as knowledge in the field of social insurance
- Structured, networked way of working and enjoyment in further developing services and projects
- Open, respectful personality in dealing with different people
Our advantages
- a meaningful activity close to the population
- lived appreciation and an active feedback culture

As a municipal administration, we are on a conscious path of innovation – also spatially: From mid-March 2026, we will work in the new town hall in an open work environment with various work zones for collaboration, focus, and exchange (don’t worry – there are no open-plan offices).
