For our Zurich location we are looking for a competent specialist in technical administration.

Your main tasks are:

Managing construction sites in the refurbishment sector independently
Work preparation (AVOR)
Monitoring construction execution
Scheduling of employees, machinery and materials
Deadline monitoring and compliance
Cost and quality controls
Preparation of invoices
Calculations and post-calculations
Collaboration within a team of entrepreneurially minded site managers
Organisation of processes - professionally competent, organisationally skilled, economically considered

You should bring the following:

Completed training as a site manager, certified master builder or civil engineer FH
Solid technical and business management knowledge
Several years of professional experience in site management, ideally in refurbishment
High initiative and independent working style
Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
Solution-oriented, structured and team-oriented thinking
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally BauBit
Willingness for personal and professional development
Friendly demeanour, respectful manners and strong communication skills
