Client Billing Manager (M/F) 80-100% - 6-month Fixed-term Contract
Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients realise their projects by providing comprehensive, efficient and sustainable energy solutions, whether it be electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning or water treatment. The Energy Directorate operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energies and ensures the supply of electricity, heat and gas under the best conditions.
Mission:
- You ensure the processing, monitoring and control of client billing, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You identify and handle billing anomalies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
- You provide support to business managers on billing-related matters and participate in financial closings.
- You participate in projects related to client billing by bringing your business expertise.
Profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, a commercial maturity certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in an environment involving billing processes.
- You are comfortable with IT tools and complex processes and master SAP IS-U. Knowledge of D365 is a real advantage.
- With a very good knowledge of the French language, you are recognised for your rigour, organisational skills, analytical mind and interpersonal ease.
