Your Tasks
- Performing diagnostic activities, including blood sampling, recording ECGs and rTMS treatments
- Dispatch, preparation and professional handling of laboratory samples
- Coordination of laboratory workflow to ensure efficient processes
- Friendly, goal-oriented appointment scheduling and professional patient care by telephone
- Maintenance and updating of information in the in-house intranet
- Assistance with general office organisation, documentation and administrative processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
- Practical experience in blood sampling and recording ECGs
- Strong team skills, high commitment and resilience, combined with professional, social and communicative competence
- Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and organise workflows
- Confident use of MS Office applications as well as openness to working with modern medical devices and new working techniques
- Appreciative and empathetic care of patients (m/f/d) and their relatives
