As an analytical and persuasive sales personality, you drive the growth of ISS Switzerland forward. You build sustainable relationships with our top 50 growth customers, identify potentials, and develop long-term partnerships from them. With your confident appearance at the C-level and your strategic foresight, you position ISS as a leading partner for integral facility services.
Your main tasks:
- Development of market strategies at the customer level to gain market shares, taking into account national and regional strategic priorities.
- Long-term support and further development of the top 50 growth customers.
- Overall responsibility for the entire acquisition process – from initial contact to contract conclusion.
- Analysis of customer and market data, initiation of sales and marketing measures to acquire customers.
- Development of customer-oriented and needs-based solution and service packages based on customer analysis and evaluation.
- Leadership and further development of a small, high-performing sales team (2–3 employees).
- Close coordination with operations, marketing, and the sales team to ensure sustainable success.
Your profile:
- University degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a technical university degree with further education in Business Administration.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the B2B services environment as well as a proven track record in leading a sales organization.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive personality with strong closing skills and negotiation ability.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with creativity and a sense for market opportunities.
- Solid industry knowledge in Facility Management / Real Estate.
- Fluent German and very good English skills.
