Your main tasks:

- Responsible for flawless maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract
- Support in recruiting cleaning staff and holiday replacements
- Introduce, train, and accompany new employees
- Create work schedules and record absences
- Organize and optimize workflows
- Conduct quality controls with attention to detail
- Represent the Facility Services Manager and provide administrative support

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training with further education in maintenance cleaning or facility services management is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
- High reliability, punctuality, and structured working method
- Strong customer orientation, impeccable manners, and reputation
