Your new tasks
- Telephone notification
- Active prioritization
- Customer contact center delivery support (answering calls)
- Maintaining the interface between delivery support – customer service – delivery service
- Coordination of branch returns for delivery from Suhr
What you bring with you
- You have attended commercial or business school and are looking for a one-year commercial internship to obtain the commercial diploma
- You enjoy working independently and have good PC user skills as well as good oral and written knowledge of German and preferably French
