Accounting Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 82,000Role:
In this role as an accounting clerk, you will take on a versatile and responsible position. You will work independently with a high degree of personal responsibility and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a pleasant and collegial working environment. Modern infrastructure and contemporary employment conditions support you in your work.
Responsibilities:
You ensure a smooth processing of ongoing payment transactions
You assist with the financial processing of real estate transactions and ensure the necessary bookings and documentation
You participate in year-end closing tasks and take on various administrative duties in the finance department
You prepare invoices, monitor outstanding receivables and keep an eye on incoming payments
You manage the client money accounts and ensure correct and transparent fund administration
You actively contribute to the further development and optimisation of internal processes in finance and accounting
Qualifications:
Ideally, you have experience in accounting or fiduciary services
You convince with your precise and structured manner
You have good IT skills and can apply them smoothly in your daily work
You possess fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
