Qualifications

Your tasks

Under the direction of the head chef, pamper our guests with the best food quality in terms of taste and expertise
Implement the kitchen philosophy and the restaurant concept of the gourmet restaurant "Spettacolo" (15 Gault Millau points)
In the absence of the Chef de Partie, you independently lead and organize the station and ensure a smooth service process
