Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Hydraulic Expertise
Tasks
- Dismantle, analyse and identify faults in hydraulic components (especially cylinders)
- Sketch, redesign and manufacture defective individual parts independently (conventional & CNC)
- Determine, prepare, order or manufacture seals independently on CNC machines
- Properly assemble components and test them on test benches
- Creatively and solution-orientedly master technical challenges
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic
- Independent, structured and proactive working style
- Strong technical understanding
- Experience with manufacturing machines (CNC turning/milling advantageous) as well as in hydraulics
- Team spirit, resilience and enjoyment of craftsmanship
