• Support and further development of the SAP HCM system landscape with a focus on the HCM on-premise core topics PA, PT and PY
• Transformation of our clients from the on-premise world to S/4HANA
• Assignment and adjustment of authorisations as well as optimisation and administration of the SAP HCM applications and their interfaces to the connected systems
• In the context of SAP projects, you take on (partial) project management
• Application support for existing customers with applications in HCM
• Development of existing and establishment of new customer relationships

• Completed studies in business informatics/IT or comparable training
• Experience in project work, a careful working style and the ability to think systemically as well as the willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies
• Integration knowledge of adjacent modules is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, good communication, moderation and presentation skills as well as business fluent German and good English skills
