• Support and further development of the SAP HCM system landscape with a focus on the HCM on-premise core topics PA, PT and PY
• Transformation of our clients from the on-premise world to S/4HANA
• Assignment and adjustment of authorisations as well as optimisation and administration of the SAP HCM applications and their interfaces to connected systems
• Assuming (partial) project management within SAP projects
• Application support for existing clients with applications in HCM
• Development of existing and establishment of new client relationships

• Completed studies in business informatics/IT or comparable training
• Preferably solid professional experience as SAP HCM senior consultant or key user in HCM payroll
• Experience in project work, a careful working style and the ability to think in systems as well as willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies
• Integration knowledge of adjacent modules is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, good communication, moderation and presentation skills as well as business fluent German and good English skills
