Working days: Tuesday to Friday

For our team at Biker's Life in Dietlikon we are looking for a reliable, motivated and organised individual as a Logistics Specialist EFZ with a workload of 60–80 %.

Your tasks

Inventory management

• Ordering motorcycle parts as well as service and accessory parts
• Receipt, inspection and booking of deliveries
• Proper storage of motorcycle parts as well as service and accessory items
• Picking and provision of spare parts for workshop and sales
• Packing and shipping of customer and supplier orders
• Conducting stock inventories and stock checks
• Collection of parts and deliveries from suppliers
• Management and maintenance of the warehouse and online platforms
• Ensuring timely parts supply for the workshop
• Processing and management of returns and warranty cases

Organisation & order

• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the warehouse area
• Optimisation of warehouse processes and material flows
• Compliance with safety and quality standards

Your profile

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Driving licence category B required, category A advantageous
• Ideally between 25 and 35 years old
• Swiss citizenship or residence permit C
• Experience in the motorcycle, car or two-wheeler industry is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in motorcycles
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Physical resilience and ability to work in a team
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
• Confident handling of IT and inventory management systems, SAP knowledge advantageous
