- Independently establish and process charge accounts for assigned portfolios.
- Control and process property charge accounts (PPE) efficiently.
- Manage data entry and changes in SAP RE-FX for properties and leases.
Skills
- Commercial training, preferably in real estate or finance accounting.
- Experience in a similar role with an affinity for data and numbers.
- Strong MS Office skills and good knowledge of German.

Mission
- Independently establish and process the charge statements for the assigned portfolio
- Control and process the condominium charge statements (PPE)
- Manage the entry and transfer in the SAP RE-FX system of data related to buildings, rental units, and lease contracts
- Ensure the quality of data and processes
- Perform administrative support tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor
Required Skills
- Commercial training ideally in real estate or financial accounting
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Affinity for data and numbers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge of German
