Cityplan AG Zurich is a company in the field of building construction and urban planning. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Construction Manager Building Construction who implements our projects successfully with passion and expertise.

YOUR TASKS

▪ Independent management and control of building construction projects across all phases – from cost planning to final accounting

▪ Coordination and supervision of construction execution as well as the entire site organisation

▪ Ensuring project objectives regarding costs, quality and deadlines

▪ Preparation and processing of tender documents, schedules, cost estimates and contracts

▪ Conducting and leading construction and contractor meetings

▪ Site management and quality control on site

▪ Coordination and active management of involved contractors and specialist planners

▪ Review of offers, measurements, invoices and claims

▪ Support during acceptance, defect rectification and project completion

▪ Professional communication and coordination with clients, specialist planners, contractors and authorities

YOUR PROFILE

▪ Completed training as a building draughtsperson, construction manager, HF technician in building construction, or equivalent qualification in construction

▪ Several years of experience in construction management of building projects in Switzerland

▪ Sound knowledge of SIA standards as well as Swiss construction and planning processes

▪ Experience in tendering, awarding, scheduling and construction administration

▪ Confident manner towards contractors, specialist planners and clients

▪ Assertiveness, negotiation skills and organisational strength

▪ Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

▪ Team-oriented and communicative personality

▪ High sense of responsibility and quality standards
