Workshop Manager 100%

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• You are the contact person for organizational matters and infrastructure around the Perlen location
• You plan and organize maintenance and repair work on our aerial work platforms and other state-of-the-art equipment for your team members and actively participate
• You conduct quality checks and inspect the equipment using the latest diagnostic devices professionally and systematically for safety defects and faults
• You fix malfunctions and breakdowns on our rental equipment directly on-site at the customer, using our top-equipped service vehicles
• You ensure the issuance and return of all lifting platforms at the location and assist in instructing our rental customers in operating the work platforms
• You take on the personnel and technical leadership of your team members

What you should bring:

• Basic training in a mechanical profession, preferably as a car, truck, agricultural machinery, construction machinery mechanic, or mechatronics technician
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics is an advantage
• Driver’s license category B, categories BE and C are an advantage
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in leading a small team is an advantage
• Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
• Independent, careful, and solution-oriented working style
• Customer-oriented team player with a passion for engines
