Workshop Manager 100%

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• You are the contact person for organisational matters and infrastructure around the Perlen location
• You plan and organise maintenance and repair work on our aerial work platforms and other state-of-the-art equipment for your team colleagues and actively participate
• You carry out quality checks and inspect the equipment professionally and systematically for safety defects and faults using the latest diagnostic devices
• You troubleshoot and repair faults on our rental equipment directly on site at the customer, using our well-equipped service vehicles
• You ensure the issue and return of all lifting platforms at the location and assist in instructing our rental customers in operating the work platforms
• You take on the personnel and technical leadership of your team colleagues

What you should bring:

• Basic training in a mechanical profession, preferably as a car, truck, agricultural machinery, construction machinery mechanic or mechatronics technician
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics is an advantage
• Driving licence category B, categories BE and C are advantageous
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in leading a small team is an advantage
• Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
• Independent, careful and solution-oriented working style
• Customer-oriented team player with petrol in your veins
