Show job details▾Tasks
You and your colleague are primarily responsible for all work with wood in the "Ubena" workshop. This includes the process design from idea generation to the finished product.
Design of the daily structure in the UBENA wood workshoptogether with the participants
Educational support for up to 9 participants
Key worker role within the client process
Carrying out nursing care tasks (toilet visits/lunchtime supervision)
Professional implementation of educational development planning (UN CRPD principles)
Proactive and innovative participation in the further development of the workshop
Operation and responsibility for the machinery (woodworking)
Profile
We are looking for a team player who values and fosters interprofessional collaboration.
Basic training in the wood sector (carpenter; joiner, etc.)
Training in work pedagogy/social pedagogy/FABE and/or experience in a comparable role
Experience working with people with various disabilities
Creative and manual talents and skills
Innovative, confident and resilient personality
Strong willingness for cooperative and team-oriented work
Responsible, independent and solution-oriented working style
Positive basic attitude with a sense of humour
MS Office skills (possibly Redline)
