Where you will work
At the Stockberg Residential and Care Centre, you contribute to making people truly feel at home. Around 80 residents live here in a safe, well-maintained environment. Approximately 130 employees work together to ensure that quality, appreciation, and collaboration are lived out daily.

Your role
As a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH, you take responsibility for professional, resident-oriented care and support, actively bringing your expertise into everyday nursing.
Specifically, this means:
- You plan, manage, and evaluate the nursing process with professional expertise
- You are responsible for recording nursing services (RAI LTCF supervisor or coordinator)
- You ensure high nursing quality and competently implement nursing measures
- You competently, empathetically, and reliably support relatives and key persons
- You are a professional contact person for internal and external bodies
- You take on house and daily responsibility and delegate tasks appropriately
- You actively contribute to the further development of the team and nursing quality
- As a training institution, we count on your support in supervising students (HF Nursing, FA Long-term Care)
What you bring
- Completed nursing education at tertiary level (HF, FH or DNI/II)
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage; further training in geriatrics, dementia, gerontopsychiatry or palliative care is welcome
- Experience with service recording (e.g. RAI LTCF) and confident use of electronic nursing documentation (Carefolio)
- A responsible, reflective and team-oriented working style
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2) for secure communication with residents, relatives and the team
