We are seeking a Labeling Specialist Consumer (100%) to join our team for a (maternity cover from August 2026 to March 2027 with possible extension).
How you'll make an impact
- Support the creation and maintenance of compliant labeling and packaging in line with global regulations (e.g., EU MDR, FDA, ISO standards)
- Coordinate and track labeling activities across the product lifecycle, including product launches, updates, and changes
- Ensure labeling deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with country-specific requirements (e.g., language, UDI, environmental regulations)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Sourcing) to deliver labeling outputs on time
- Serve as a point of contact for labeling-related topics with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support change control and artwork update processes in line with internal procedures
- Contribute to audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and following quality processes
- Identify and support the resolution of labeling issues
- Assist in maintaining product data and labeling-related systems
- Support packaging development activities in close collaboration with relevant teams
- Contribute to improvements in labeling processes and ways of working
What you bring along
- 2–4 years of experience in labeling, artwork development, or a related field, ideally in a regulated industry (medical devices or consumer goods)
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for product labeling
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Structured and reliable way of working, with strong attention to detail and ownership
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams and external partners
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Experience with labeling or artwork/workflow systems is a plus
