What you can achieve
- You ensure material and production readiness according to project and production schedules.
- You derive the required material and production needs from project plans, bills of materials and schedules.
- You create, plan and schedule production orders in SAP and ensure their correct project assignment and timely implementation.
- You coordinate and initiate appropriate measures in close cooperation with purchasing, production, engineering, project management and logistics.
- You ensure the quality and currency of planning and production-relevant data in SAP.
- You support the implementation of technical changes in ongoing and planned production orders.
- You identify optimisation potentials in demand planning, production preparation and production processing and actively contribute to their implementation.
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in demand planning, production preparation, production planning, material disposition or project-related procurement
- Completed technical or commercial training with a strong technical understanding; further training in logistics, AVOR, production planning, purchasing or supply chain is an advantage
- Very good understanding of bills of materials, production orders, schedules and material flows in an industrial or project-oriented environment
- Technical understanding of hardware, electronic components and assemblies, ideally with experience in the field of printed circuit boards and electronics
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as collaboration with purchasing, suppliers, engineering and production
- Ability to understand technical documents and material requirements as well as to recognise dependencies between material, technology and production
- High sense of responsibility, reliability and a structured way of working in a project-critical environment

About the department
Production Management ensures that customer orders are implemented on time, within budget and to quality standards from commissioning to delivery. It coordinates the collaboration between engineering, purchasing, logistics and production and ensures a smooth process throughout.
A key component is demand planning and production preparation. It ensures that materials, bills of materials, production orders and relevant production documents are available on time and in the required quality. This creates the conditions for Production Management to implement orders in production in a planned, efficient and timely manner.
