Your Trainee ProgrammeAs part of our trainee programme, you are part of corporate development. You gain in-depth insight into strategic issues as well as management decisions and further develop your analytical skills. You work on central issues of the group and support the further development of the organisation. In particular, you take on the following tasks:

• Analysis of trends, market changes and internal fields of action
• Structuring complex problems and developing well-founded solutions
• Preparation of target group-oriented decision-making bases for the management boards
• Translation of strategic goals into concrete measures and implementation plans
• Collaboration on strategic transformation and change initiatives
• Support in monitoring progress, benefits, risks and dependencies of strategic initiatives
• Collaboration in identifying and developing use cases in the areas of data and artificial intelligence

Throughout the entire programme, you will be closely accompanied and receive regular feedback to specifically advance your professional as well as personal development.

What you bring with you

• You have recently completed your master’s degree in a quantitatively, technically or scientifically oriented course of study (e.g. physics, econometrics, data science, engineering) with very good results?
• You are interested in topics such as financial services, digitalisation, strategy, artificial intelligence and organisational development?
• You like to take responsibility and want to prove yourself in an ambitious environment?
• You can quickly grasp, structure and prepare complex issues in a target group-oriented manner?
• You enjoy working with quantitative analyses, data, models or technical issues?
• You are characterised by an open and communicative manner and appreciate exchanging ideas with employees with different perspectives?
• You approach tasks independently, show a high level of commitment and enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics?
• You can express yourself confidently in German?
