To complement our ICT team in Allschwil, we are looking for a customer-oriented, reliable, and quality-conscious person as an ICT System Engineer 80-100% starting immediately or by agreement.
- You ensure the smooth operation of the managed IT infrastructure and applications, mostly on-premise and partially in the cloud.
- You provide 2nd level support and resolve faulty system states of complex and interconnected systems.
- You independently implement projects for the further development of the client and server infrastructure and maintain active management of our external partners.
- You actively contribute to change, problem, and incident management (second-level).
- You create and maintain system documentation and optimize operational processes.
- Higher education in computer science with certifications in ITIL, Linux, SQL, and/or Microsoft
- Solid knowledge in the administration of client and server systems in the Linux and Microsoft environment (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP…), SQL databases, networks
- Experience with virtualization solutions such as Citrix or Nutanix as well as Infoblox, MS Defender, AppSense, and PRTG is an advantage
- Experience in the realization and support of MS Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Exchange online
- Good German skills, English and French skills are an advantage
