About the job
Your new role
Your varied tasks include the friendly reception and registration of our patients, the coordination and arrangement of appointments, as well as the coding and administrative processing of invoices. You are in direct and telephone contact with parents, adolescents and children, provide competent information and ensure a smooth workflow in everyday practice with your service-oriented manner.
This position is for you if
- You have completed training as a dental assistant EFZ and ideally also hold a medical/dental secretary diploma or have completed a basic commercial training.
- You have experience in administration and good PC skills.
- You enjoy working with patients, especially children and adolescents, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You appreciate team-oriented work and like to contribute actively.
- You are a committed, open-minded personality with good communication skills and an interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner.
- You think and act in a service-oriented way and keep an overview even in hectic situations.

The Children and Youth Dental Clinic examines the children and adolescents of the City of St. Gallen within the framework of cantonal guidelines. As a specialised clinic, we carry out prophylactic, conservative, endodontic, surgical and orthodontic treatments on children and adolescents.
