Your Tasks
- Planning, organisation and coordination of complex consultation appointments across multiple medical specialties, including ensuring an efficient and smooth process.
- Professional telephone communication with patients and their relatives, referring parties, general practitioners, external services and insurance companies.
- Formatting and sending consultation reports, including careful review and administrative follow-up.
- Managing patient registration and responsible back-office tasks requiring high service orientation, accuracy and organisational strength.
- Supporting the medical team in diverse organisational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical secretary or medical practice assistant (MPA).
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology as well as precise, confident written expression in German.
- Good IT skills: You are proficient in common software applications, work routinely with clinical information systems and master the 10-finger typing system.
