So that we can provide our customers today and tomorrow with exactly the support they need in matters of health.As a claims officer in the international team, you check invoices from abroad and assess the obligation to provide benefits. You prepare all correspondence related to business cases and are in daily contact with our customers. You answer specific enquiries about all services from abroad in a friendly and competent manner. You support our customers in emergency situations and establish contact with the emergency call centre.

What you achieve:
- Assessment of the obligation to provide benefits for invoices or cost approval requests from abroad and thorough documentation
- Professional oral and written support of customers in challenging situations
- Regular exchange with external partners (assistance service providers)
Why you succeed:
- You preferably have a basic medical education or many years of experience in this field
- You are familiar with the Health Insurance Act (KVG)
- You must have very good knowledge of French and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
- You convince our customers with your high service orientation and your winning manner
- You enjoy working independently and are quick on your feet
