Your main tasks:

- Contact person for the customer
- Professional leadership including employee onboarding and team development
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Quality management and reporting
- Compliance with the hygiene concept
- Personnel deployment planning
- Active participation in maintenance cleaning

Your profile:

- Professional experience in a comparable role
- Swiss citizen or valid work permit
- Solid knowledge in cleaning
- Very good German skills
- Experience in professional leadership of employees
- Reliable and resilient
- Driver's license category B
- Impeccable reputation
