- You work in a youth work team of three people and various freelancers.

- You have completed your training in sociocultural animation, social work, social pedagogy, or community animation.
- You have experience working with children and young people.
- You are a communicative, open, and proactive personality and enjoy working with young people.
- You like to work independently, have assertiveness, and quickly see connections.
- You enjoy working with young people.
