For the Medical site Grenchen we are looking for a personality as

Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) – MedTech, 50%

Your main tasks

• Planning, control and monitoring of production orders as well as coordination between customers, production and the project team
• Daily telephone and written contact with customers, suppliers and, as the situation demands, with freight forwarders
• Managing the ERP master data
• Responsibility for production planning
• Controlling tasks and preparing evaluations (performance forecasts, inventory analyses, stocktaking)
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and continuous optimisation of processes
• Deputising in the AVOR/PPS area

Your profile

• Commercial qualification or basic technical training
• Ideally further training in the areas of supply chain management or logistics
• Several years of experience in comprehensive order processing as well as in production planning or AVOR
• Knowledge of production and logistics processes
• Independent and precise working style, networked thinking and pronounced planning and organisational skills
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP (SAP, ProAlpha or similar) and various online portals
• Good spoken English skills (level B1/B2)
