We are currently looking for a Construction Economist
Your mission
- Study tender documents and identify the key issues of the file
- In total contracting, ensure the compliance of concepts with current regulations by relying on agents
- In Design – Build, develop concepts with current regulations by relying on agents
- Identify and quantify the potential savings achievable on the project by suggesting optimisations and variants
- Establish the measurements necessary for studies
- Manage interfaces between the different CFCs
- Identify opportunities and risks in coordination with other specialists from the technical design office
- Prepare technical documents for tenders as requested by the client
- Participate in commercial closures and negotiation presentations
Your profile
- Studies in Construction Economics
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in a similar position within a general company or active in the construction sector (tender management and costing)
- Good knowledge of technical standards and current regulations
- Very good command of costing tools
- Analytical and synthetic mind, rigour and precision
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Team spirit and collaborative attitude
