Your new role
You manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties and act as the central contact person for tenants, authorities, and companies. Your tasks include planning and conducting apartment inspections and handovers. Furthermore, you set the market rents and take on the letting of vacant and terminated properties. You are responsible for the maintenance of the properties and prepare or check the heating and ancillary cost statements in cooperation with the property accounting department.
The position is suitable for you if
- You want to contribute your expertise as a property manager with a federal professional certificate and several years of experience in the real estate sector.
- You possess pleasant manners as well as proficient written and spoken communication skills.
- You like to actively contribute and take on responsibility.
