Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work on HVAC systems as well as other building technology systems.
Ensuring a trouble-free and safe operation of HVAC and building technology systems.
Guaranteeing the professional execution of repair and maintenance work.
Troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and building technology systems within operational possibilities.
Checking, caring for and maintaining systems, devices, tools and measuring instruments.
Co-responsibility for hygiene, operational safety and functionality of the systems.
Monitoring water treatment and water quality including carrying out the corresponding checks.
Supporting repairs, minor construction work and technical adjustments.
Participation in projects and technical optimisations.
Support during on-call and standby duties.
Assistance with waste disposal, winter services and general tasks throughout the site.
Ensuring and maintaining technical documentation as well as reporting relevant defects and improvements.
Contributing improvement suggestions to optimise operational processes, energy efficiency and system availability.
Assistance and maintenance of the Axenfels water supply.

Completed vocational training in a craft
2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
Communicative and team-oriented personality
Development and contribution of improvement suggestions.
Organised and independent execution of assigned technical tasks within the defined area of responsibility.
Flexibility and willingness for on-call duty
Willingness for possible assignments on weekends and public holidays
