This is your role with us
As reinforcement for our team, we are looking for a trustworthy, open, and dynamic personality as an HR Assistant.
These are your tasks
- Responsible for work/residence permits
- Responsible for processing and monitoring A1 certificates
- Responsible for apprenticeship training (concept, monitoring, support)
- Administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and exits
- Collaboration with authorities and offices
- Organization of internal events
- Completion of general HR administration (correspondence, certificates)
- If needed and suitable: support for other areas such as recruitment, absence management, occupational health, payroll
This is what you bring
- Completed commercial basic training
- HR training at the level of clerk/assistant
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment
- Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)
- Open personality, especially regarding new working tools/technologies
- Conscientiousness, commitment, independence, loyalty, and willingness to help
- Friendly, humorous, and integrity
