The Tax and Debt Collection Department, City Accounting, belongs to the Directorate of Finance, Resources and Environment. In taxes, we are responsible for maintaining the tax register, the official values, the preliminary recording of tax returns, and the collection of tax claims. The City Accounting team is responsible for financial accounting, recording accounts payable, and collecting municipal accounts receivable.

We are looking for a

• Independent recording of municipal accounts payable
• Assistance with projects, e.g. digital invoice approval for accounts payable
• Telephone and counter service for tax matters and debtors
• Support of the City Accounting team in the varied daily business

• Completed commercial training with professional experience in finance, preferably in a public administration
• Digital affinity and good IT skills, experience with Abacus, Deepcloud, Innosolv or Nesko-Frontend is an advantage
