The Regional Nursing Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations, and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
The new nursing department, which cares for people with gerontopsychiatric disorders, offers space for around ten residents. For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed personality as
Deputy Head of Nursing Department Gerontopsychiatry (m/f/d)
Workload 80 – 100 %
In this role, you will support us:
- You will support the head of the nursing department in leading the nursing team of around 13 employees and trainees both professionally and personally, and represent them in their absence.
- You will create the personnel deployment planning in consultation with the head of the nursing department using Polypoint PEP.
- You will ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care.
- You will take on daily responsibility and work in nursing.
What will convince us about you:
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH, as a health professional EFZ with several years of professional experience, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- You bring experience in long-term care and psychiatric nursing.
- You have already gained initial leadership experience and want to deepen this, or you aspire to establish yourself in leadership.
- You are familiar with RAI-NH and Polypoint PEP.
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting.
