Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical interface between our customers, the project team, and our product. You analyse business processes and technical requirements, develop suitable solution concepts, and accompany their successful implementation. In doing so, you combine technical know-how with consulting expertise and ensure that our solutions are optimally integrated into the existing system landscape of our customers.

You work closely with customers, project managers, product management, and development, contributing to translating customer requirements into sustainable and scalable solutions. Through direct customer contact, you identify improvement potentials and bring valuable impulses for the further development of our products.

• Analysis of professional and technical requirements as well as development of suitable solution approaches.
• Consulting customers on the implementation and integration of our solutions into existing processes and systems.
• Configuration, implementation, and technical adaptation of our products to individual customer requirements.
• Planning and implementation of interfaces, integrations, and data flows between different systems.
• Development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solution approaches.
• Support in workshops, presentations, and technical coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Accompanying introduction projects as well as conducting training and knowledge transfer.
• Ensuring high-quality technical implementation and creating the necessary documentation.
• Structured handover of implemented solutions to operations and support.
• Continuous feedback of customer requirements and optimisation potentials to product management and development.
• Close collaboration with project managers to ensure project progress, quality, and deadlines.

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical consulting, solution implementation, or software development.
• Good knowledge of modern web technologies and programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, databases, and data migrations.
• Understanding of software architectures, cloud technologies, and modern development processes.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment in translating complex requirements into pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with technical and non-technical contacts.
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style.
• Very good German and English skills.
