About the job
Activities- Responsible for the overall management of the centre, supporting clients and leading their teams, and complying with the instructions and directives of the client and ORS
- Planning and monitoring care services to ensure that the needs of the people being cared for are adequately met.
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines regarding care and integration
- Holistically leading their staff taking into account the management's requirements and the expectations of ORS cross-sectional functions. Responsible for time management in the centre
- Collaborating and communicating with cantonal, municipal and police authorities as well as with social services, schools and the neighbourhood
- Responsible for and enforcing an effective emergency organisation/process
- Evaluating and reporting on centre activities and results to improve performance and provide relevant information
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Vocational baccalaureate or equivalent (additional certificates, further training, etc.)
- 4 - 6 years of relevant professional experience
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Basic knowledge and use of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- First national language: Written C1, Spoken C1
- Second national language: Written B2, Spoken B2
- English: Written B2, Spoken B2
