Team Leader: Customer Consulting, 80–100 % in Zurich
What to expect
- You lead your internal sales team of 5 employees in collaboration with the agency management (ensuring target achievement, conducting training, developing employees, etc.).
- You organise the internal sales department (weekly planning, task distribution, control tasks, absence management, etc.) and ensure service standards.
- You independently manage existing insured clients and maintain daily customer contact.
- You independently acquire new customers, proactively arrange appointments, and sell needs-based health and pension solutions.
- You prepare quotes, perform administrative tasks, and proactively arrange appointments.
- You participate in trade fair and stand activities and represent CONCORDIA on site.
What you bring
- You have completed vocational training in a service- or sales-oriented environment.
- Ideally, you have some leadership experience and are a motivating personality.
- Customer contact, sales, and consulting are your passion, and administrative skills complete your profile.
- As an organisational talent and team player, you contribute to the successful growth of the agency.
- You have completed the VBV training or are willing to complete it – we support you in this.
