Your main tasks:

- Operation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of all technical systems including annual maintenance planning, technical documentation, and assistance with multi-year planning
- Regular rounds, inspections, and measurements
- Coordinating, accompanying, and controlling third-party companies
- Performing repairs and relocations
- Executing and reporting on in-house work/additional services
- Processing maintenance tickets, technical statistics, orders, and invoices
- Providing on-call service

Your profile:

- Completed technical training with a federal certificate (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in building technology (HVACSE) and proven experience with complex building technical systems as well as building management systems
- Knowledge and experience in control and regulation technology are an advantage
- Good PC skills and enjoyment in working with various internal tools
- Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
- High customer orientation as well as independent and structured working style
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
