Your Tasks
- Ensuring professional care and support of our patients
- Responsibility for professional leadership on the nursing ward within the framework of Shared Governance
- Introduction of new employees
- Coaching and support of employees in nursing
- Co-developing and implementing annual goals, standards and guidelines
- Preparing and conducting professional training, professional exchanges and case discussions
- You embody a role model function
- Defining measures and priorities in the development of nursing in collaboration with the management team as well as implementation and control
Your Profile
- Training as Dipl. Nurse HF/FH and work experience in an acute hospital
- Enjoyment in implementing professional and leadership topics
- Independent and responsible way of working
- A professional understanding of nursing; you enjoy complex patient situations and support your colleagues in nursing
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory
