Carpenter for Service and Repair Work

• Independently carry out service, repair and maintenance work on buildings, windows, doors and wooden elements
• Identify, analyse and professionally remedy damage to buildings, roofs, façades and interior fittings
• Perform roof, façade and building inspections as well as maintenance work to preserve value
• Be responsible for the repair and replacement of roof windows, windows, doors, shading and other building elements
• Lay and repair terrace floors as well as implement adjustment and supplementary work

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ or a comparable craft qualification
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and direct contact with customers
• Independent, solution-oriented and responsible working style
• Manual dexterity and interest in service, repair and maintenance work
• Valid driving licence category B
