Customer Advisor (m/f/d) 100%

To complement our team at the Reinach travel centre and for replacements in other travel centres, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as a customer advisor with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You advise our customers on public transport offers and ancillary products and actively sell these
- You advise our customers on leisure offers (city trips / event tickets etc.) and sell the corresponding packages / tickets
- You sell and manage products of the ancillary business (shop) and handle Western Union money transfers
- You assist with the processing of customer concerns
Your profile
- Qualification as retail specialist in public transport EFZ, businesswoman/businessman in public transport EFZ or equivalent training
- Experience in selling public transport products
- Good CASA and MS Office skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends
