YOUR TASKS

• Entry and processing of orders in our ERP system, monitoring deliveries up to invoicing
• Competent advice and service to our customers by phone and email
• Entry of offers based on a request or a quotation
• Reception and advice to our customers at the counter including management of orders taken at the factory
• Communication and collaboration with our external service

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic commercial training, with experience in internal sales and ideally knowledge of the construction sector.
• In addition to fluent French, oral proficiency in German would be an asset.
• A sales and customer-oriented approach, willingness to commit, team spirit, and good IT skills complete the profile.
• Personal qualities: committed, reliable and motivated person, eager to learn, dynamic and cheerful. 😊
